My name is Inese Millere, I am in my late 40's and I love helping female leaders to manage stress and create balanced life, both professional and personal. 

Originally from Latvia, currently living in Italy, I have been an avid student all my life. I hold a M.D. and M.A. degrees and Complimentary Health Education Diploma in Holistic Stress Management and couple of Corporate Coaching diplomas. 

Not that long time ago my life was heading toward a burnout and was totally out of balance. Today I am a stress survivor and I am enjoying my balanced life. What about you?

Stress affects all areas of your life and it affects your health in a great deal. Stress is the principal contributor to a life out of balance and the opposite is right as well.

I strongly believe that an effective leadership and a good life are about the right Balance. But to reach the Balance Your Action is required. To maintain a Balance an Action is required as well.

To help you to find the best solutions I created Action For Balance, coaching and consulting which offers holistic stress management for women in leadership all over the globe.

Stress is going to happen at some point in your life and will most definitely happen more than the once.

However, as unavoidable as stress can sometimes be, it is always a choice.

You can either let your body suffer from the effects of stress, or you can choose to do something about it.

When stress occurs, incorporating a well balanced holistic stress management plan into your busy lifestyle will help you pull through any challenging times that you may come across professionally or personally.

The main objectives are not to get rid of stress. It’s impossible to get rid of stress. It’s inherent; it’s a part of our life.

My main objective is to make women leaders aware of stress, aware of how dangerous it can be, of how it can impact you psychologically, physically, impact on your relationships, your behavior, and impact your leadership. And to make you motivated to do something about it.

Indeed the key question is how do you take the knowledge and translate it to a set of Actions to help cope with the stress of every day living and to create Balanced life.

Stress is perceived in the Mind, suffered in the human Spirit, experienced via the emotions, expressed in behavior, and "held" in the Body. Only through addressing and honoring all aspects of your personality and life you can reach the heights of your real potential and live fulfilling life both personally and professionally.

The philosophy underlying Action For Balance, coaching and consulting is that balanced life and life is like a complex meal.

It should include all basic ingredients. Just as it would be a mistake to make a meal of, say, potato chips, Action For Balance embraces holistic approach, which addresses the whole person and believes that if you are willing to take action  and invest in yourself you can create the life you desire.
