Stress and Chocolate

Can chocolate be a considered as a stress management tool?

Well, chocolate isn’t going to solve the stressful situation and this can’t be considered as a proactive stress management tools as using meditation, visualization or exercising.

But I enjoy chocolate and I have noticed that there are situations (stressful) in my life that it is ok to have it in my ‘stress coping techniques’ tool box’.
