For most, the work environment has a direct correlation to their overall happiness. For this reason it’s important to work in a place or career that uplifts your wellbeing instead of causing you burnout

Creative visualization essentially requires you to visualize whatever it is you want to create in your life. The science behind it is the law of attraction. You manifest your reality with positive focus and intention.

Take Action:

1. Think about and write down all the details of the business you want.

Here are a few questions to begin building the picture of your new business:

- Where is it located? - What will you do at business? - What types of people will you work with? How much money will you make?

2. Believe you already work there. The more you focus on that image the more familiar it becomes making it feel like it’s already true. Keep at it until you firmly believe this dream business is achievable. Eventually it won’t be a dream-it will be reality.

Saying things out loud make them feel true. For example: “I’m so glad I have the business I’ve always wanted! I make a lot of money, I work close from home, and it’s creative!”

3. Practice your visualizations as soon as you wake up and as you’re dosing off to sleep.

Your brain waves are slower making it easier to access the subconscious mind without interference from the conscious mind. Because the subconscious mind is more powerful than the conscious, you must implant the desired outcome into the subconscious mind to manifest. The conscious mind more often serves us with doubt and self-defeating thoughts.

The best thing to do is to practice your visualization as often as you can. If your desire is to work from home, pretend you already are.

4. To create the feelings of belief that you’re already manifested what you want, imagine yourself telling your friends or family about your new business. Picture yourself turning in your two week notice to your current employer.

If you truly enjoy working with positive thinking, visualization, affirmations when you combine them with The Sedona Method the results will be increased exponentially.

Take Action:

Get into comfortable clothing and shoes, and set aside some uninterrupted free time.

Begin walking at a comfortable pace. Really focus on he sensations that you feel in your body as you walk. Feel the weight of your body on the bottom of your feet. Feel your arms swinging with each stride. If you find thoughts coming into your mind, gently let them go and redirect your focus to the sensations you're feeling as you walk. Stay mindfull and focused on now.

You can also focus on your breathing as you walk. Try to breathe in for two steps, and out for two or three, for example. Focus on keeping your breathing and your steps coordinated.

Again, if thoughts you might have or other stressors creep into your head gently redirect your attention to now, to your walking meditation practice.

It's optimal to do this for 30 minutes, several times per week, but if you only have 10 minutes, or even 5, that's better than no practice at all. Walking meditation can be useful even in small doses.
