Action4Balanced, Coaching and Consulting works with 40+female executives and professional women all over the globe to help them to destress and rebalance their lives.

I strongly believe that a good life is about the right Balance. But to reach the Balance Your Action is required. To maintain a Balance an Action is required as well.

Stress is the principal contributor to a life out of balance; but the opposite is right as well.

Stress is going to happen at some point in your life and will most defiantly happen more than the once.

However, as unavoidable as stress can sometimes be, it is always a choice.

You can either let your body suffer from the effects of stress, or you can choose to do something about it.

When stress occurs, incorporating a well balanced stress management plan into your lifestyle will help you pull through any challenging times that you may come across professionally or personally.

The main objectives are not to get rid of stress. It’s impossible to get rid of stress. It’s inherent; it’s a part of our life.

My main objective is to make professional women aware of stress, aware of how dangerous it can be, of how it can impact you psychologically, physically, impact on your relationships, your behavior.

And to make you motivated to do something about it.

Indeed the key question is how do you take the knowledge and translate it to a set of Actions to help cope with the stress of every day living.

Stress is perceived in the Mind, suffered in the human Spirit, experienced via the emotions, expressed in behavior, and "held" in the Body. Only through addressing and honoring all aspects of your personality and life you can reach the heights of your real potential and live fulfilling life both personally and professionally.

The philosophy underlying Action4Balance, coaching and consulting is that balanced life is like a complex meal.

It should include all basic ingredients. Just as it would be a mistake to make a meal of, say, potato chips, Action4Balance embraces holistic approach, which addresses the whole person and believes that if you are willing to take action and invest in yourself you can create the life you desire.
